We know that trusting the safety and quality of your shelter is important. All of our shelters are designed to meet or exceed regulations set forth by FEMA or the ICC. Our available concrete shelters are waterproof, equipped with walls and floors at least 4" thick, and have undergone rigorous testing at Texas Tech Wind and Science Institute. Our steel safe rooms are fully welded and have doors manufactured from two sheets of steel with "Z" bracing and multiple deadbolt locks.
